About
A clearer way to understand trigger points
TriggerPoints3D brings muscle anatomy and trigger point locations together in an interactive 3D model. See structures from different angles, focus on the details, and build a deeper understanding you can take into study or clinical practice.
Our mission
A simple, quick and useful tool for the clinical encounter
Hi, I'm Simeon Niel-Asher, and I devised TriggerPoints3D to help you in the clinical encounter, learn better, and have ‘go-to maps’ for easy everyday use.
My goal is to combine my knowledge and expertise in osteopathy and trigger points to create a useful, simple and quick interactive software program. To do this, I spent many hours of collaboration with my colleagues so I could provide the most up-to-date and evidence-based pain maps available anywhere.

The people behind it
Relieving pain is our passion

Simeon Niel-Asher
CEO, Founder
Simeon Niel-Asher has studied and worked with trigger points since 1990. His career spans research, clinical trials, writing, and teaching in manual medicine. He now focuses on helping practitioners turn their knowledge of trigger points into practical skills.
Simeon is the author of The 3D Atlas of Trigger Points, The Concise Book of Trigger Points and The Pocket Atlas of Trigger Points. He invented the Niel-Asher Technique (TNAT) in 1997, a nonsurgical ‘trigger point algorithm’ for treating frozen shoulder syndrome and other complex shoulder problems. Today, more than 80,000 practitioners worldwide use the technique.
