Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using TriggerPoints3D. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You must not use the Service.

These Terms should be read together with Our Privacy Policy, which explains how We handle Your Personal Data, and Our Clinical Disclaimer, which explains the limits of the clinical information in the Service.

About These Terms

The Service is provided by Knobzz Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, whose address is Suite A, 1-3 Canfield Place, London, England, NW6 3BT.

These Terms apply to the TriggerPoints3D Application on iOS, Android and the web, to this Website, and to any content, videos, programmes and features made available through them.

Definitions

Capitalized words in these Terms have the same meanings as in Our Privacy Policy. In addition, for the purposes of these Terms:

  • Content means the 3D anatomical models, trigger point and referral pattern maps, text, images, videos, treatment guidance, patient programmes, AI-generated responses and any other material available through the Service.
  • Pro means the paid subscription that unlocks additional features and Content, as described on the Pro page.
  • Institutional Licence means a licence for a university, college, clinic or other organization to provide access to the Service to its students or staff.
  • Terms means these Terms of Service.
  • Website refers to TriggerPoints3D, accessible from https://www.triggerpoints3d.com.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If You use the Service on behalf of an organization, You confirm that You have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The Service is designed for healthcare professionals, students of healthcare and movement disciplines, and educators. Members of the public may use the free features for general education, but should read Our Clinical Disclaimer before acting on any information.

When You create an Account, You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date;
  • keep Your login details confidential and not share Your Account with anyone else;
  • tell Us promptly if You believe Your Account has been accessed without Your permission.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under Your Account.

Free Access, Pro Plans and Payment

Free access

Some features of the Service are available free of charge. We may change, limit or withdraw free features at any time.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown in the Service or on the Website at the time of purchase. Prices may be shown in different currencies and may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on where You are.

  • Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless You cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and You keep access to Pro until then.
  • Price changes: If We change the price of Pro, We will tell You in advance, and the new price will apply from Your next renewal. If You do not agree, You can cancel before the change takes effect.
  • Feature changes: We continually develop the Service and may add, change or remove features. We will not make changes that materially reduce what You have paid for during a billing period without telling You.

App store purchases

If You subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by that store under its own terms. You must manage or cancel the subscription through Your store account settings; deleting the Application does not cancel it.

Refunds and Your statutory rights

If You are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, You normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel a digital service. By asking Us to give You immediate access to Pro, You agree that this cancellation right ends once You start using the paid Content, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms affects Your statutory rights, including Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if digital content is faulty.

Institutional and CPD Licences

Institutional Licences are provided under a separate order form or agreement with the organization. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies. Individual users accessing the Service through an Institutional Licence must still follow these Terms, and their access may end when the licence ends or when the organization removes them. To discuss a licence, visit the Institutions page.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • copy, download, record, redistribute, sell, sublicense or publicly display Content, except as these Terms allow;
  • scrape, crawl or extract Content or data from the Service, or use Content to train, test or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence model;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract the 3D models, source code or underlying data, except where the law expressly permits this;
  • bypass or interfere with any security, access control or subscription limits;
  • share, resell or rent access to Your Account or to Pro;
  • use the Service in any unlawful way, or in a way that harms the Service, Us or other Users;
  • upload or submit anything that is unlawful, infringing, or that contains malware.

You may use Content for Your own learning and in Your own clinical practice, including showing it to a patient during a consultation to explain a condition or treatment.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all Content, including the 3D models, illustrations, referral pattern maps, videos, text, software, trade marks and logos, are owned by Knobzz Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service and Content for the purposes described above. No other rights are granted.

If You send Us feedback or suggestions, You agree that We may use them freely and without any obligation to You.

Clinical Content and AI Features

The Service is an educational and reference tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace the clinical judgement of a qualified healthcare professional. Your use of clinical Content is subject to Our Clinical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

Responses from AI features, including the AI clinical companion, are generated automatically and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. You must check them against Your own knowledge and other reliable sources before relying on them, and You remain responsible for any decision You make. Do not enter information that identifies a patient into AI features.

Third-Party Services and Purchases

Books and other products linked from the Website may be sold by third parties such as Amazon. Those purchases are contracts between You and the seller, under the seller's terms. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, websites or app stores, or for their availability.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep the Service accurate and available, but We provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the Content is complete or suitable for every clinical situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from clinical decisions, treatments or advice that rely on the Service or its Content;
  • if You use the Service for business or professional purposes, We are not liable for loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
  • Our total liability to You in connection with the Service is limited to the amount You paid Us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If You are a consumer, We are responsible for loss or damage You suffer that is a foreseeable result of Our breach of these Terms or Our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and close Your Account at any time. We may suspend or end Your access, with notice where reasonably possible, if You seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if We are required to by law, or if We stop providing the Service. If We end a paid subscription for reasons other than Your breach, We will refund any amount You have paid for the period after access ends.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law, will continue to apply.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If You are a consumer living in Scotland, Northern Ireland or elsewhere in the United Kingdom or the European Union, You may also bring proceedings in Your local courts and keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where You live.

If You have a complaint, please contact Us first so that We can try to resolve it informally.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service or the law. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects You, We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service before it takes effect. If You continue to use the Service after the change takes effect, You accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. If We do not enforce a right straight away, We may still enforce it later.
