About the author
Simeon Niel-Asher
Simeon is an osteopath, teacher and author specialising in myofascial trigger points. He wrote The Concise Book of Trigger Points, now in its third edition and published in several languages, The 3D Atlas of Trigger Points and The Pocket Atlas of Trigger Points.
He is the inventor of the Niel-Asher Technique for treating frozen shoulder syndrome, created the TriggerPoints3D app and runs BackIntoShape Clinic, where he treats patients and trains practitioners.
